Equipment Introduction:

The bag less high efficiency fiber filter is a pressure type fiber filter with advanced structure and excellent performance. It uses a new kind of bundle soft filler fiber as the filter element. Its filter material diameter can reach tens of microns or even several microns, and has the advantages of large specific surface area and small filtration resistance. It solves the problem that the filtration accuracy of granular filter material is limited by the particle size of filter material. The small diameter of the filter material increases the specific surface area and surface free energy of the filter material, increases the contact opportunities between impurity particles in water and the filter material, and enhances the adsorption capacity of the filter material, thereby improving the filtration efficiency and pollutant interception capacity.

To fully utilize the advantages of bundled fiber filter media, a movable orifice plate adjustment device that can change the fiber density is installed at the lower end of the filter layer. During operation, water passes through the filter layer from bottom to top. At this point, the adjustable orifice plate device moves upwards. After the fibers are pressurized, the density of the filter layer gradually increases along the direction of water flow, and the corresponding pore diameter and pore size of the filter layer gradually decrease, achieving deep filtration. When the filter layer is contaminated and needs to be cleaned and regenerated, the cleaning water passes through the filter layer from top to bottom. At this point, the adjustable device of the movable orifice plate automatically descends, causing the fibers to be pulled apart and in a relaxed state, making it easy to clean.

The bagless high-efficiency fiber filter can effectively remove suspended solids in water and has a significant removal effect on organic matter, colloids, iron, manganese, and other substances in water. It has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high accuracy, large interception capacity, easy operation, reliable operation, and no need for special maintenance. It can be widely used in the filtration and treatment of various industrial water and wastewater such as electricity, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, textile, food, beverage, tap water, swimming pools, etc.

Main features:

1. The removal rate of suspended solids in water can approach 100%. When the turbidity of natural water treated with good coagulation is 20FTU, the filtered water turbidity can be less than two degrees.

2. Generally, it is 30m/h, which is 3-5 times that of traditional filters.

3. Generally, it is 5-10kg/m3 (filter material), which is 2-4 times that of traditional filters.

4. Producing the same amount of water requires only one-third to one-half of the space of traditional filters.

5. The cost per ton of water is lower than that of traditional filters.

6. Only 1-3% of the periodic water production capacity can be used for backwashing with raw water in general.

7. The filter element can be regenerated and reused, with a continuous service life of not less than 10 years.

Installation:

The equipment is placed on a horizontal foundation and fixed with anchor bolts or welded to anchor plates embedded in the foundation. After the equipment is installed, its horizontal deviation shall not exceed 5mm.

After the equipment is installed and adjusted, the various pipe valves and external connecting pipelines can be installed. Before installing valves and pipelines, the inner surface of the pipeline and the flange connection surface should be cleaned to prevent rust and oil stains from contaminating the filter layer.

An open channel sewage ditch can be arranged in the equipment workshop, and the upper opening of the ditch should be covered with a cover plate.

The intake manifold of the equipment must be higher than the highest point of the filter to prevent water from flowing back into the Roots blower in case of cleaning errors. If the requirements cannot be met, a check valve should be installed on the air pipeline.

Equipment maintenance and precautions:

(1) Fiber filter performance and replacement cycle

The filter material selected for high-efficiency fiber filters is a polymer chemical fiber material, which mainly filters and adsorbs suspended solids in water through surface physical adsorption. After adsorbing sludge, it can be regenerated by physical methods such as water and air scrubbing. This material has a heat resistance temperature of 106-127C and strong corrosion resistance to various alkalis and non oxidizing acids, with a continuous service life of not less than 10 years.

(2) Precautions

a. Possible reasons for poor effluent quality:

(1) Filter bed failure (2) Incomplete cleaning (3) Inlet water with air (4) Improper dosage of coagulant (5) Excessive fluctuation in filtration flow rate (6) Unclear closure of cleaning water inlet valve (7) Inaccurate sampling and testing

b. Situations requiring special cleaning:

If a large number of microorganisms multiply or adsorb a large amount of oil stains on the fibers during the use of the equipment, special cleaning is required. The filter material can be soaked in 2% NaOH solution for 24 hours before cleaning.

Inlet and outlet water quality:

Inlet water quality: suspended solids ≤ 20mg/L, turbidity ≤ 20 F.T.U

Effluent quality: suspended solids ≤ 1.0mg/L turbidity ≤ 1.0 F.T.U

Note: The water before filtration is clean water that has been clarified and filtered through coagulation.
